Replaced my LCD same day for cheap. I am soooo happy with the computer repair service from A+ Mobile in Boston. They did advise me that they might not have the LCD for Dell in-stock, but they did, and they replaced my LCD in about 1.5 hours and it was almost half the price as other places I called - I am very impressed and am writing this to thank A+ Mobile. I definitely recommend their tech services.

Overall a very good experience. Brought my laptop in to their Boston computer repair shop with a terrible virus and expressed how urgently I needed it turned around quickly for a presentation on Monday, and they got right to work on it and in fact, the technician (Chris) stayed after their normal closing time on Saturday to finish the job. Very good Boston computer service, fast turn around and surprisingly affordable for Back Bay Boston. I brought them my laptop yesterday which was totally crashed out and they got it turned around for me same day - I am very happy with their service.

About 2 months after I bought the thing, the sound on my HP Pavilion laptop started acting up. After Googling the problem I found that it was a common problem on HP laptops. I called HP and they gave me an expensive quote and also said I might be without my computer for 2 weeks or more. I called around to a couple local computer places and explained my problem. This company offered to replace the sound card for less than the HP quote, and in less time, and with a replacement laptop that I could use. I was sold -- and they held to their word. The tech who handled my PC was very understanding and got the job done in the time he said it would take. I recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to deal with huge companies' (lack of) customer service.

I went to Micro Center in Cambridge to buy a new keyboard for my Mac laptop. I didn't want to risk taking off all the keys on my laptop myself and trying to attach the new keyboard so I asked a Micro Center employee if he could recommend a company who would do it. He told me he had used A+ Mobile PC Doctors in the past and they had given him a good price and hadn't taken very long to repair his desktop computer at home. I called them and sure enough the price sounded good. They put the new keyboard on my MacBook in a couple days. I'm really happy with their service!

These guys are amazing. My laptop motherboard died- they figured out the problem the same day and they ordered the necessary part 2nd day air. Plus they let me use a loaner computer (a fairly impressive one at that) until the work was finished on my laptop. After everything they still charged me less than HP was asking for the repair.A+ guys, really.

After downloading too many songs, my son's Dell laptop came down with a virus. I asked around for the best company to handle this sort of thing and was given the name A Plus Mobile PC Doctors. I spoke with one of the technicians, Julien, over the phone and he said that it was a common problem and I should expect to have the virus removal done within a few days. I dropped it off at their location on Newbury Street and they really treated me well as a customer. Just like they said, the computer was repaired in 2 days. I don't normally write reviews, but in this case I feel I must as i was so impressed with A+ Mobile PC Doctors service and honesty. At first I thought my hard drive had totally crashed, and was willing to spend whatever it took to get my data back and my system up and running. It turned out that there was simply a loose connection on my motherboard, and a problem with a software application. So rather than taking me for several hundreds of dollars (which they could have easily), I was pleasantly surprised to have my system back up and running the same day (and it is a Sunday), at a very reasonable costs.
