When you go into a salon, you usually come out very excited that you look good and are ready to hit the town. Not at this salon for me! If it wouldv'e just happened once- I couldv'e forgotten about it but after the first humiliating time I went back. These ladies make you feel so out of place and the owner is worse. I went in with a little past shoulder length, brown hair and had made an appointment for a simple highlighting thru a cap, trim, + styling and ended up getting after 4 1/2 hrs. very short yellowish-orange hair and a comb-thru drying. When she said I was done, I was shocked!!!! I couldn't believe that I had set there for 4 1/2 hrs. for this.... then she said I owed her $90.00. I hated to make a scene but I asked if I could speak to the mgr. both the ladies said I owed that for her time, even though she had spent most of her time doing other peoples hair. I have never had someone to make me feel so BAD. I didn't even want to go home. Good Luck if you go !
