This is my favorite hardware store in Newport, RI and this is why it is. You walk into it and are greeted by an employee who asks what you need. Then you are given an employee who helps you do your shopping and might even carry the stuff for you. They talk with you as they help you out so you feel more like a friend than a customer. When they are sold out of an item they will special order it or call another store to check if they have it for you. I love it and can't wait to go back!
