Our luxurious inn is conveniently located on Spring Street in the heart of historic Newport, Rhode Island, just steps away from Newport Harbor, world class shopping, fine dining, historical sites and so much more! Our unique inn features six guest rooms and one deluxe suite called The Seaview Suite. All rooms have their own private spa like bathrooms and come fully accessorized with flat screen televisions, plush linens and luxurious soaps and shampoos. The Seaview Suite is located on the third floor and features a master bedroom, living area and a private balcony with views of both Newport Harbor and the downtown area. In addition to the the inn’s six guest rooms & suite there is a gourmet kitchen, dining room, reading room and business center. Off street parking is available as well.
