Matt pressured my 75-year old mother into purchasing a $500 tree when she had dementia. He pressed her several times and she finally gave him the money because she couldn’t deal with the pressure any longer. Not only did he not deliver said tree, he refused to refund her after being contacted several times, both before and after her death. My mom died within the year. I wouldn’t call him a ‘stand up guy’ nor would I refer him to my worst enemy. Despicable.
