From my experience,I live in Newport and I have dealt with this store for 15 years and purchase everything from foul weather gear, Grunden's, which they have an excellent supply of, as well as stainless steel products,nuts, bolts, screws, tools for industrial applications. I purchase my Extra Tuff rubber boots here as well as the Boggs neoprene/rubber boots for work and play. I have bought recreational fishing gear here and crabbing gear as well as small Gerber knive a fillet knives. This is one of the most diverse places to shop that I've seen and the staff has always been gracious and knowledgeable and if they don't have it, they always get it within a few working days. I've always appreciated manager Dean Fleck's excellent fishing knowledge that he's willing to share and the choice of reel's and rod's and gear for any sport fish. Excellent choice of binoculars and a variety of marine related books. A local business I highly recommend and fully support!
