Professional Termite is a pleasure to work with. Their techs are prompt, courteous, and friendly. Their work is thorough. Although the tech came out to do my annual termite inspection, he was more than willing to help me place mouse traps for the mouse problem I was having. With his help I caught a mouse within two days.

Professional Termite was used by my builder to treat the soil and I have kept up the service for the past 6 years with annual check-ups. This year I had termite and moisture damage on my porch and garage doorway that was discovered by my handyman 4 months after the check-up. Professional Termite was very reluctant to respond to my request for re-treatment. The tech (who I believe is an owner) told me treatment would damage my aggregate driveway and garage floor and then proceeded to make sure it did. He basically implied I lied about the damage when I hadn't saved all the damaged wood and dismissed the other damage. Every year when he comes out, he makes a point of telling me he would never have written a contract in the house. I refuse to believe we are the only house on a wooded lot this company deals with. I have made sure my builder knows how unhappy I am with this company.

I highly recommend Professional Termite & Moisture Control. They are prompt, courteous, honest, and know what they are doing. Highly skilled and professional -- we have used them over 15 years for moisture and pest issues. Moisture can get pretty tricky and so can wood rot repairs but they have done amazing work for us -- in crawl spaces and in eaves.

Professional Termite & Moisture Control has always been courteous, professional, efficient, on-time and extremely reliable. We have been clients of theirs for many years. I wouldn't use any other service. Honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

We've used Prof. Termite & Moisture Control for over 20 years and could not be more pleased. Any time we have had a problem, they were prompt in responding and had a "fix." Always came when they were supposed to or called. We very highly recommend anyone needing their services to call them.
I had huge bug problem and I was referred by a friend who had used professional termite & Moisture Control. They came out and took care of the problem on time with great prices I would recommend
