I hope this place has closed down. I have never been through a more horrible experience with a printing agency. The first print job was completely wrong, the logos were off center BLATENTLY and not the right size. (asked to have small logo front left chest, it was instead full sized, off-center to right) Reprinted on crappy shirts, but he didn't bother to measure to make sure prints were aligned again. Easily 1-4" off center on back. I sent my gf to get a reprint and he screamed at her saying "thats too bad i already reprinted once." Then i came in with another co-worker to discuss with the owner, after i told him that i wanted a reprint he went into the same tirade. He then informed me that he was not responsible for prints being off center, industry standard says that a 2" discrepancy is acceptable. (not in any of the contracts signed) so we held him to that standard, even so 23 shirts/hoodies (55% of order) were off by his standard. he reprinted those. NEVER GO THROUGH THEM.
