i.After months of doing my due diligence regarding the selection and purchase of a new computer, I finally found the computer I believed I wanted at one of your stores. After checking in one additional store, I went home and called the store to find out if 1) the computer I wanted was in stock, 2) would the store hold one for me until I could return to pick it up. I spoke to Paul Sparrow and he told me that before he would answer question #2, he wanted to be sure that he had it in stock. After putting me on hold, he came back to the phone and asked if he could call me back. Which he did, 10 minutes later. He said that he had only one, in stock, but would not hold it for me until 3 days later. I explained that I lived 44 miles (round trip) from the store, that it was late (6:30 p.m.) and raining. He said that he would only hold it until the store closed for that day. So, in order to get the computer that I wanted, I had to drive back to the store, 22 miles away, in the rain,
