Greetings, This agency presented themselves as professionals with health care issues, but they discrimate on taking care of patients with HIV. Have they heard of the term univeral precautions? Are they training their staff members on how certain viruses and diseases are transmitted?? Our father is elderly and all of a sudden they decided to terminate their services because they stated we did not provide them with this information on our father's HIV status, in which we did provide them with this information from day one. This agency should not have a five star rating.
