My experience at Priority Nissan today was excellent. Service Advisor Loan Pham communicated with me about my car. I had a problems with a previous appointment and I want to thank Customer Service Rep. Ashley Whitehurst for assisting me until I got the treatment that Priority advertise for their customers. Manager Kenny Lee made sure I was satisfied with the service that my car received. Great job all.

I would not recommend the service department at this dealership. I have had my car serviced there many times because of the deal i got with my car. Each time I go there i have another problem to deal with. They had me pay to have my tires rotated, but when i went out to leave i noticed that they had never been rotated. Nice! I was there for over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They are never on time. Who knows what they are really doing to my car when i am sitting in the lobby waiting. While i am waiting i get to hear the horror stories of other people who had bad service from this dealership.
