Totally worth the $! I have finally found "my stylist"...I love Erin! She has turned my hair around completely after numerous run ins with other salons. She was honest with me and let me know it would be a few months before we could make it right. The few months are up and I am hooked!

WAY OVERPRICED! Though a newbie to this perticular salon.. i did have a senoir stylist that did an awesome job, but wasnt as accomodating as one might hope for the money you spend at this place. No scalp massage, no hand massage...both of which i always received complimentry at other aveda salons.. and i saw others getting them.. and then i was charged 220! just cut color and a blow dry...which only took 2 hours total. wont be returning.. the owners arent even stylists or ever have been...my stylist informed me... obviously they are just money hungry.

I have seen Erin now three times. Every meeting with her I have wanted something different. She has a great consultation to find out exactly what it is I would like and I have been MORE then pleased every time. I have recommnded her to two of my closest friends and even a women at fresh marked who approched me and asked where I get my hair done. Well worth money!

The BEST salon in Newport News, VA hands down!!! Friendly staff and clean salon. I have been searching for a great salon since me and my husband relocated here a year ago and finally I have found what I was looking for!!!!!! I love Aveada!

Very overpriced for an average haircut. For me the price varied with each visit (same haircut, same stylist). I quit going because the quality of the cut just did not justify the price.

I was shocked when I was charged $215.00 for a cut, root touch up, and partial lowlights my hair is short and the lowlights were barley noticeable. Ater two weeks they were gone completly.I was told by the girl at the front desk O' it shouldn't cost that every time. I certainly will not be going back a second time.

Awesome haircut and color. Way to pricey, I had my hair colored and a partial highlite and was charged seperatly for each. Have never seen that before. Although, color is awesome, and the haircut to match.

I really liked this place and was pleased with my service until. I realized someone had changed the $10 tip I left to a $100. When I called the store they said I was my banks fault, then I asked to speak to the manager and she said they had made the mistake. She was not very apologetic and did not offer anything to make it right, not even to pay the bounce fee. Therefore they lost my business!

Erin is a genius! She did an awesome job and is quite the expert hair designer. My only complaint is that during my scalp massage and wash one of the other stylist was throwing a fit about another staff member not putting away her stuff and complained loudly while I was trying to relax and enjoy my experience.

Have gotten my hair cut and colored and also a facial done here. The facial was the most relaxing experience I've ever had - seriously. And aside from that, my skin looked great when she was done. And my hair was done by a young girl named Amanda - I LOVE the color.

Very nice hand massage while I was having my service. Unfortunately the hair style turned out very badly despite paying for a Master Stylist. Very poor use of color and the cut turned out to be a mullet. Four months later I'm still trying to repair the damage and have my color returned to it's original tone. Such a disappointment because the salon atmosphere was VERY nice.

Highly recommended !!!!!! There is a GREAT young stylist there by the name of "Jonathan" who knows his way around a great haircut !! Atmosphere is soothing and relaxing . This salon is worth your time to check it out !! I was greeted with a smile when I arrived, and the stylist listened to everything I said about my lifestyle, time I have to work with my hair and the color I wanted to achieve. The service was outstanding, and so was the cup of tea along with the massages !! I left there with something MORE than what I asked for !! My cut and style was and is still the best !!
