Outstanding customer service. One repair shop that actually does all that they promise. Kept me informed every step of the way, no beating around the bush, very straight forward and honest business. I tended to stay away from "name brand" retail shops but as I was doing research to repair my wife's van, of course I contacted AAMCO and it seems they were the only shop that actually KNEW what they were talking about, from that point on from the initial contact I had a good feeling and trusted them to do the work. I was not slightly disappointed, in fact I was extremely pleased. AAMCO comes highly recommended from me and my family. The Newport News location in particular.
