"I had the unfortunate experience of temping at the Newport Beach office. My training was by a person named Barb. Her training consisted of her criticizing me endlessly about the kitchen "there were water spots on the countertop when I came in today", "you didn't turn on the [empty] dishwasher last night before you left", "don't lay the coffee packages down, prop them up in the bin." She even followed me into the bathroom and then checked to see if I flushed the toilet! On my first day on the job she came to me to complain about the men in the building saying "men are so weird". I asked why she thought this. She said " the men from the suite downstairs coming up and using our bathrooms "to do their business"". To "p o o p". I admit this was funny. But later that week realized that it was a small glimpse into the psyche of Barb.This nitpicking was beyond normal. Barb gives new meaning to the word "micro-managing".To Barb - I didn't get 2 degrees to put up with that kind of shiz.
