Founded in 1976, Coastline Community College offers a range of degrees and certificate programs in subjects, including English, graphic arts, Web design and process technology. It is accredited by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges and Department of Education. The college operates more than 50 instruction sites that feature banks, senior centers, high schools, office buildings and shopping malls. It also maintains several learning centers in Garden Grove, Westminster, Fountain Valley and Costa Mesa, Calif. Its learning center at Costa Mesa, Calif., offers computer, parent and general education classes. The center provides a variety of programs in paralegal studies and visual, digital and performing arts. Additionally, it offers special programs and services for disabled individuals. The center conducts weekend classes, as well as offers distance learning programs.
