General Info

The Piedmont Newnan Hospital Wellness Center has a variety of exercise programs and equipment to meet your needs. Located in the heart of downtown Newnan at 26 West Court Square, the Wellness Center is a full fitness facility open to the community. We offer cardiovascular equipment, including ellipticals, treadmills, arc trainers, stair masters and more. Our facility includes strength training with Free Motion and Cybex machines, as well as free weights and dumbbells. We have personal trainers and a great staff to help you begin your fitness program. We also offer all types of group exercise classes that include all levels of fitness. The following classes are offered almost daily: Step, Cycle, Power Hour, Circuit, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Senior Aerobics & more! The Wellness Center has a little something for everyone, with monthly programs to keep our members on track. Whether you're a senior citizen, workaholic, arthritis patient, athlete, or just someone who needs that extra push, this is the place for you!
