If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so sorry the other store closed. We got so much better service over there. We have a small business and need services we can count on. One lady was on her ear bud with a store person and she would not get off to help us with a project we need then. It always takes us a couple of hours when we go to have ANY printing done. There are one or two people in this store that is helpful but most of the time they are not the ones we have to deal with. I am looking for another store to take my business to. I will NOT be back!!!

Went in for ink and cashier told me to buy it in a diffrent combo than what I was doing and she saved me $ 4.00. Not much I know but it was her thoughtfullness and willingness to help that impressed me. Thank you Kristin!! I hope your management knows what a gem they have in you.

I always feel like I have been taken care of like I am the only customer in the store. The store personnel is well informed and willing to help.
