I just purchased a bike from the newnan shop. When I first moved here from Florida I went to the shop at Atlanta. I was not impressed. I was ignored by the staff. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean that I don't know what I am looking at or for.



I had to sell my bigger bike and was looking for a smaller bike. Since I have worked in Harley Davidson shops in the past I didn't expect to be treated like that. Well when I was told about the shop in newnan and that It had the same owner I really really didn't want to go to that shop due to the way I was treated in the Atlanta shop. By the way it was not the first time that I was treated like that in that shop. That also includes the clothing department. But my boyfriend talked me into going to newnan. I will do anything I have to not to go to the shop in Atlanta. I have heard from a lot of people about the Atlanta shop staff being rude and ignoring people.







When I went to the newnan shop I was greeted by GC. I was with my boyfriend. GC spoke to me not to my boyfriend.(like they did at the shop at Atlanta they acted like I wasn't there when we finally got someone to talk to us). I was very impressed with the way GC treated me. I also was impressed by the staff at the newnan shop. GC took me being straight forward with what I was looking for and everything else I threw at him. He was very very good. As you can imagine I was expecting to be treated just like I was in Atlanta. But I wasn't. GC also took me around and showed me all the depts. He is the reason I bought the bike. GC also called me a few days after I got the bike to make sure everything was good with it. I went back a week later with my boyfriend and another friend. (he was looking for boots) GC asked me how the bike was I told him about a problem I had with the shifter.(it wanted to come off) My boyfriend took care of it for me due to me not being able to work on bikes anymore. GC took my bike right away into the shop and had them check and make sure everything else was good on it. You need people like him in your shop in Atlanta. I have told everyone that asked me where I got my bike to go to newnan and see GC. Again I cant say it enough that GC is great and you are very lucky to have him. Please pass this on to the people in newnan.
