Talks a good game, less then impressive work ethic and lacks moral fiber. Likes to wave the Red White and Blue and show off his license plate on his truck but when it comes time for gravel to hit the ground. He’s not on time, and brought the wrong material. Addressed the material concern only to be behind schedule and didn’t even get enough material to complete the job! Hard pass!
