I rented a tuxedo and shoes for my son from CS Toggery. When the shoes came in, they were too small. The owner tried to convince me that the shoes were fine, despite the fact that my son was clearly uncomfortable. The owner then acted rude and put out when I requested the shoe a half-size larger, but agreed to put in the order and assured me they would be in his shop the morning of the event . Two days later on the morning of the event, I called the owner to check on the shoes - which had not yet arrived. The owner was extremely rude to me over the course of the day as I continued to check in to see if the shoes had arrived. In the early afternoon, a few hours before the event started, I was forced to begin looking for alternatives to the shoes which were supposed to have been included with the tux. A couple of hours prior to the event, I was contacted by the owner, who told me the shoes had arrived. I informed him that I no longer had time to drive into Newnan to pick them up. The owner was extremely rude during all my interactions with him regarding the shoes and refused to refund me the charges associated with the shoes. I will never use CS Toggery again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
