One of my friends happened to get her car stuck today in the snow trying to help people stranded on the side of the road. The responding tow truck incompetently put his towing cable on her front bumper and tore it off. After this he told my friend not to call the cops or he would tell the officers that she had two kids without car seats (people that she was trying to help on the side of the road). After police arrived, the man lied to the officer saying that my friend had not only wrecked somewhere else, but that he had already provided insurance information to her (which he never did). This is a despicable act and should never be repeated. Never use this business as anything except for a spitoon.
