I went in to get my yellow gold engagement diamond ring swap to a white gold ring and mount. They original quoted me $260 for the whole thing, without telling me that they will keep my original ring and mounter (they said they will take it for scrape gold). I knew the gold i had worth more than that, so I ask to have it return to me, so they charged me for a new ring ($200) and a new mount ($100). When got my ring back, they only changed the ring part, the mount was the original one. This was 2 weeks. I went back to tell them, that the mount was never replaced, so they sent it back it and I got a new mount, the craft-manship was terrible, the diamond was crook and the mount was bent. They has promised me a certain type of mount, but the one they gave me was even lower quality than mind original one. Also didnt return my original mount either. This was another 2 weeks. Then I wait for 3 weeks and call them back and they dont know what is going on and the ppl was very rude to me.
