If I could put a quarter of a star I would've but it didn't give me the option. Margaret is my property manager and she is the rudest person I have ever met. She's irresponsible , unprofessional, and she doesn't listen to what you have to say. She says what she wants whenever she wants and how ever she wants and doesn't care how you feel or if it's bothering you. She takes her time to address the things That need to be addressed in your apartment. It's been almost 3 months and I'm still waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed. I explained to her how it wasn't working and she responded with well the people that lived there before never complained about it . it makes no sense. It's incredible how one person can ruin the whole company. Then when I call the main office I get attitude as well from them. It's a company full of rude women. I'm not trying to be disrespectful but I have been disrespected to a certain level that is not going to be tolerated. They receive the attitude that is giving to me and I will continue to do so as long as they do. The second they start to show respect is the second I will. Also I let them go into my apartment without me being there because they needed to fix something and they left my door open . I recommend anybody who finds an apartment ran by Real Property Managment should not get it no matter how nice the apartment is. Trust me it's not worth it. I plan on not continuing my lease when the year is over and will never in my life deal with their company again. I would rather live in a basement full of mold then to live in apartment that is ran by Real Property Managment.

Awful to deal with. Have to wait half a day for someone to pick up phone and nobody calls you back. Don't waste your time with this company. Overpriced as well

Real Property Management has been managing my condo and doing great job. Throughout the entire process they have been excellent. Always responsive and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone.
