Monroe Transmission pledges to all of our customers that we will not remove a transmission from a vehicle in order to complete a repair unless absolutely necessary. Additionally our shop promises to diagnose transmission problems for all of our local and surrounding area customers in an honest and expert manner. Our shop strives to provide prompt and courteous service to all who visit our automotive transmission repair facility in the hope that you will come back to us for all of your automotive automatic transmission repair needs.

      First off ,They gave me discount repair (about 50%) even though it was well beyond the warranty (and many miles) from a rebuild three years ago. Then when I was traveling out of state, the transmission went wonky and I was unable to continue. I spoke with Rich from Monroe's (Newcastle) and he assured me they would make it right. (i was distraught and almost bought a vehicle) I tried to get a transmission shop in the greater Spokane Washington area to do the repairs, not where able to even look at it.. I was on a vacation and had to rent a vehicle and then a truck and trailer to bring it home.
      Monroe repaired my vehicle immediately and fully reimbursed my for the rentals! (big bucks)
      That would not have happened if I was dealing with big chain store!
