After purchasing a "block" of time, I had Axis Computers set up my small network in my office in Newburyport. I would have to say the support was very poor. After my system crashed and I could not get onto my accounting software, it took them weeks to get back to me. I actually had to spend an entire Saturday getting my system partially working by myself, which was very annoying, since they already had my money. I asked for a a refund of my remaining $260 many times and they never sent it out. I still have many problems with my network.
