We moved to other city, so, we were looking desperate to find a carpet cleaner and we found this company. We were skeptical at first but after they finished we were 100% satisfied.

My friend spelt wine in my white couch, I thought it wasn't going to come out, ever, he called these guys to clean it, and I got to say I'm really impressed, there is no trace left of the stain, very professional people. Also they did a phenomenal job on my dinning room chairs and rugs. With four children, my dinning room chairs were dirty and stained. I was ready to reupholster them, which would of been very costly, when a friend recommended, they had done a great job for her and she guaranteed I would be satisfied. My husband and I were skeptical until we witnessed the chairs being cleaned. The final outcome was amazing! My chairs and rugs were spotlessly clean and as good as new. We saved a lot of money by calling this company. We were very impressed with the staff's high level of professionalism and courtesy. We highly recommend them to all our friends and family.

When it comes to carpet cleaning the team at Xtra clean of Thousand Oaks are the best. Not only is their customer service amazing the product and the process is amazing. I don't know how they do it but they technique is amazing I love that! The carpets always look amazing when they are done.

Just had our new place cleaned and they were great. I was able to schedule the cleaning with very short notice (try 1 day!) and they came out to do a great job. We had several stains on the carpet.....almost all disappeared and those that didn't are much less noticable....if he hadn't pointed them out I would never had even noticed them.

I will definitely call them again, more for the stress-free customer service than anything. They really stepped up and took care of us & the carpet looks great now.

Xtra clean of Thousand Oaks is the best! I like that you don't have to wait in a two-hour window for them -- they come when they say they are going to come. They are professional, efficient, tidy and friendly, and they accommodate schedule. I will never use anyone else.

They had an appointment available next day, had a minimum service charge that MORE than covered the area's we needed cleaned. Once here they were in and out in no time. It wasn't til;l the next day we noticed something had been overlooked. The owner came right back 2 days later to correct the problem. All in time for my carpets to be SPOTLESS while my family was in town. This is hard to do with 3 rambunctious kids, 2 cats that urp, a dog with bladder problems, and a normal man's man husband!

Best company that I have the pleasure to do business with. Thank you guys for such an excellent job. I will see you in 8 months.

This Carpet Care company is AWESOME! They cleaned my whole apartment in under 1 hour! We have a small dog who had a few accidents in the apt, and the crew were able to get out all the stains! Luis is super friendly and a pleasure to work with. his price was SUPER reasonable! I've paid way more than that for other cleaners who couldnt even get out all the stains.

Did a wonderful job on my carpets. I really like that they use organic product. Luis was very nice and pleasant to do business with.

I tested these guys before I used them because they offered me free a demonstration and they did a piece of trashed carpet in my garage and that was wow, just amazing. besides they were explaining to me every step they were doing. Just the best carpet cleaners in thousand oaks that I know.

The rug was cleaned with an Eco Friendly treatment, so there was no foul or weird smell floating around during or after the cleaning was done. The technicians Luis & Julio were professional, courteous, timely, and most of all informative. Instead of causing damage to the rug, Luis educated me by letting me know that cleaning the rug should be done in stages. (It had been a long time since the rug had been professionally cleaned) By doing this the integrity of the Persian rug remain intact. We were so completely happy that we will be utilizing their services again.

The carpet cleaners just left and I have to say they did an amazing job, taking off about 6 years of these old apartment carpets in less than an hour. On time, friendly, thorough, tidy.I called yesterday afternoon and got an appointment this morning. I will now use them at least once a year to keep my carpet looking great.
