This place is no longer keeping the place stocked with most of the pastries. We go for bagels but none of our favorites are available, then we ask for a croissant, and they are always out of them too. More than once I've been there by 2 PM and the coffee is cold, the time they had filled the pot last was at 11 AM. The service in general is terrible, and their employees lazy. They love to talk and hang around in the back than to take care of the line that's going out the door. I've been there at different times of the day and evenings, but it's always the same, so I no longer go there, and won't recommended it to anyone. They can use a new manager and new employees that care for their job and customers. This place used to be great, but over a year ago it has changed.
