Will be taking him to court unfinished performance paid for 6 Windows only 5 came to the job site paid for you did made a fire and never showed up. Will be moving forward to going to court. Strongly recommend you look for another contractor this is not the person you want to deal with

I will be taking this contractor to small claims court to recoup the unfulfilled payment; however, I m not hopeful he ll even appear for the court date. Be very leery of this contractor as he promises the world, yet does not have the organizational skills or workmanship to deliver on his promises. His threats have also concerned us enough to not pursue this situation with him due to the fear of retribution.



Contractor, Tom Kruger (alias- Rich Rafos and Mike Jones), was contracted to replace broken deck railing, paint railing and paint decking. Contractor replaced the railing and never returned to paint the railing or the deck. After several attempts to contact the contractor, he finally answered his phone when I called from an unrecognized number, and became belligerent and threatening when I asked him to finish our contracted work. I have paperwork that documents I have paid him for painting the railing as he stated that he had to return a couple of months after installing the railing to allow the wood to dry; however, he has not returned to paint the railing and he argues that I have not paid him.

They did a great job on my roof but were lazy and cheap with all the other work (general work like storm door Install, and windows, demolition, and some carpentry). Would certainly recommend them for roofing but nothing else.
