I went into this store with my sister searching for a fireplace insert however even though the store was empty and we can clearly see 2 female employees in the office it took one one them several mins before coming out to assist us. when she did appear it was like she was bothered by us and provided us with very little assistance and went back into the office leaving us standing in the store the impression I got was that she could not wait to see us leave. Needless to say we left and took our business to their competitor.
