CONSUMER BEWARE! Posted March 2019. See my attached Photos! The only reason they get one star because it's the only way to write a review. Mil-Mar built my house and now I have cracks in the foundation of my basement. I had a finished basement, well not anymore! When I called Mil-Mar he wouldn't take any responsibility for the issue. I had to hire an outside company to take down the drywall and uncovered 3 leaking cracks. He's done nothing to fix them, now 6 months later I have filed a claim with the Maryland Attorney General Consumer Protection, New Home Builder Guaranty Fund. My home was less than 2 years old when the water was discovered and now half of my house is unusable. It was determined by an Engineer the cracks are a builder Defect, and yet, he's done nothing to fix the problem!!! Even Worse the Builder SAID the cracks are MY FAULT. THAT'S HIS EXCUSE!!!! I WOUDLN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! A&C concrete, did the concrete work. Wouldn't recommend his company to anyone either.
