The brand-spanking-new Trisaetum winery does include some Napa-esque touches, such as dramatically lit underground barrel caves and a 1,500-square-foot art gallery displaying the work of the winery's owner. But there are three indicators that this is going to be one of the state's most sought-after labels: a killer location (Ribbon Ridge, also home to premier labels such as Beaux Freres, Patricia Green Cellars and Brick House); a top-tier winemaker (Josh Bergstrm); and a careful approach (farming organically and biodynamically from the get-go). Is it any surprise that these wines are already selling in futures? by Katherine Cole, Special to The Oregonian, originally written November 11, 2008

Trisaetum Winery has one of the most gorgeous tasting rooms that I've ever seen. The art in the gallery was done by the owner and it's absolutely fantastic! Did I mention how much I enjoyed their wine?
