Watch your bill very, very closely these folks sneak in raises in their fees with no notice. I complained a few years ago when they first did it I explained if they are raising their rates they need to give a notice this time again the rate increased with zero notice just sneak in the additional amount and hope no one complains -- i called to complain and was hung up on , called back and was hung up on again -- the service they offer is no better than several others in my area they have never gone above and beyond and their customer service is a complete joke -- do yourself a favor and go to any othe the other companies in the area -- I did

Bad customer service. They act like they are doing you a favor instead of being paid for a service. I strongly recommend anyone else.

Advertise hours on Sat but office always closed. Attempted to sign up for service but told to come back on Mon. Wouldn't accept my recycles without a 10$ min on Cc. Lousy customer service will sign up with competitor instead. But hey you can buy ice cream on Sat. ?!?!??

We have been customers since,like forever,and can honestly say,if a mistake was made, they rectified it immediately. They are a wonderful company to deal with,that is the reason I gave them five stars,they more than earned it after all these years of service to us.

Watch that you keep your receipts. They will try to suspend your account.

I have been doing business with K & D since 1990 and they have been great. they are respectable and care about the customers and well as their own looks....I would not change companies
