I recently used this company and they were extremely friendly...when they took my credit card information. After your card goes through you can forget about any customer service with these people. Absolutely horrible. Damaged items, no accountability, no common sense, no refund of any kind. How are they still in business?

Negative 52 Stars. Horrendous customer services and extremely rude. If you are moving a bunch of pillows they may be useful.

This company's tactics are questionable. They quoted my mother-in-law, an elderly woman, one price and the move cost over $100 more. Would not accept a personal check. Arrived nearly three hours late. We had to ask them to help us assemble the bed. They did not tell us about the gas charges. Why should we have to pay for fuel if it is not stated as part of the contract? Buyer beware.

Agreed, NOT worth a star. Left me high and dry on the day of the move. Scheduled the move a week before, confirmed it two days before. On the morning they were suppose arrive they call me and state they are unable to move me. After drilling the sales rep on numerous calls, story was very fishy. He was " A matter of fact" about it and never tried to reschedule. Had to scramble to find another mover which cost me more money since it was last minute. My bet, got a bigger job which would earn them more. Bad company !

Not even worth a star.... They are rude and break everything they get their hands on....the company then refuse to acknowledge....they looks for large tips so they dont report any packaging used to their company....they dont pack everything and they dont put things together right....worst service ever dont use

BEWARE....company may be less expensive then other movers, but definately not worth it. Will try to include fuel and credit card charges on your bill, although it is not in their contract. Do not cover furniture, although they claim they do and did not break down and put furniture back together. Only cover mattresses for additional charge and later claimed only "new" furniture will be covered. Complaints are not addressed and company does not care about their customers. BEWARE....these are not professional movers. If possible to give less then 1 star, we would.
