      i called for service, they scheduled me for a specific time.. they called me 1 hour prior to inform me that i was next.. very professional, it was a pleasure to not having to just wait .they repaired what was broken but not before informing me the reason why it probably failed and the cost of the part. it was so nice to know all of this !!
