I was at the end of my rope with my mom. She no longer felt at home at the house and the daycare places were like bus stations or preschool. She actually chose Branchbrook herself by following everyone at Clarendon in Livingston onto their jitney at the end of the day. Though Branchbrook is in a brownstone with stairs, she goes right up and down. Believe me if she doesn't want to go in somewhere she plays possum, and if she wants to leave she will keep trying every 30 seconds. She loves Branchbrook and all the people. You owe it to yourself and your loved one to try & see, you may be amazed. I was. I can only hope when my time comes Branchbrook or something like it will be waiting for me. They are welcoming and personable. They said my mom is "gracious" & I said "no, you are gracious and she is responding in kind."
