I rate All City Dental one star. My first visit I was scheduled for an extraction. Everything went smoove. However, the dentist was rude. He did not greet me as I walked into his office. Never introducing himself as he continue to converse with his assistant until I interrupted.
My second visit was for a filing. My appointment was made at 10:00am. I arrived at 9:44am. After two hours of waiting, watching other clients who arrived after me get seated and treated I began to get frustrated. I asked the receptionist what was the hold up and she stated the were only four dentist in the facility. Which still does not explain why other clients, with later appointment time was seated and treated before me. I eventually leave the office and I don't plan on rescheduling. Big waste of time.

I have been going to this dental office for several years. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. After four extractions, braces, and whitening, I now have an amazing smile thanks to the doctors at this practice who are dedicated to providing top of the line care. The facility is also new and spotless. I have a great experience every time I go, which is not often said about visits to the dentist. Would definitely recommend!!

Spreading the good word. I'm not sure if people really read reviews but I figured I'd leave one anyway. About 7months ago, a root canal that had been done in 2007 had become infected. I went to a dentist in Montclair and they told me that there was no way to save the tooth and it needed to be extracted. Me, being the OCD person that I am, refused and went to another office in Bloomfield. Again, they stated that there was no need to save the tooth. I called my parents later on that day and told them about how terrified I was of loosing my tooth, they sent me to Dr. Sherrifan. She went in and began to save the tooth. Not only did she take out the infection, but re-shaped the tooth and put in a brand new crown. If you're anything like me, you would know that teeth are really important. If you have ever been turned away or told no, I highly recommend this office!

Went in as a new patient, front desk staff seemed lost and inexperienced. I was told on the phone when making the appt that they accepted my insurance but when I came in on the day of my appt, I was told that they did not accept it. To make matters worse, they took my referral and insurance cards and never gave them back to me. When I called back, they said they did not have them, in other words, they lost them. Unprofessional, inexperienced, and rediculous are the only words I can use to describe this dental office...ALL CITY DENTAL is a joke and I WOULD NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
