We are a vibrant bakeshop and cafe with the mission of sharing authentic international treats, sweets, specialty teas and gourmet coffee. We specialize in french macarons made in our bakery in New York. A macaron is a little bite of heaven...or more specifically, a sweet meringue-based confection made with egg whites, sugar and almond flour, filled with either a buttercream, jam, or chocolate ganache. We sell a variety of flavors - check out our pictures or come in and pick your own! We bake fresh cookies, croissants, muffins, scones, and rugelachs in our shop every day. We serve unmistakably delicious macarons and other international pastries such as StroopWaffles, Belgian Waffles, brownies, and alfajores. Enjoy our pastries with a fresh cup of coffee or tea - we have our own espresso machine for making lattes, cappuccinos, hot chai, and hot chocolate! History Established in 2012. Woops! is a vibrant and innovative company that believes desserts are special. Woops! debuted in 2012 with the mission of spreading the joy of French macarons using a boutique macaron pop-up shop in the heart of New York City -- at the Holiday Shops at Bryant Park. Our products were immediately and joyfully received, and we thus began our journey towards sharing our delicious treats in an array of locations.
