Worst delivery company EVER! This UPS center doesn't return calls, doesn't answer calls, nothing. I have called 4 times today and was told false information every time.
I just received an email alerting me that my package delivery scheduled for today was rescheduled because delivery was attempted but they "missed me". This is an out-and-out LIE!!. I am crippled and have not moved off my couch right by the front door all day!! No one knocked on my door!! What's more, I live on a cul de sac and can hear every car or truck go by. The truck never even came on my street. Why do you let your drivers lie like this?? I pay good money for deliveries??? There are other delivery options!! You guys are no longer a dependable delivery method and are not worth the money. You have gone downhill UPS your service IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Advised several times my package was out for delivery. Next day advised it was lost and to contact the shipper. Then got a second call confirming the package was lost. Canceled the check that was in the package.... the package was at my door when I got home. Now I have to wait for the new check that I needed asap!

Provided by YP.comI needed to know the hours to know the cut off point for shipping an expensive package that had time restrictions of return on it. No matter what I tired, I could NOT simply get the hours. Some retarded b**** ROBOT computer kept saying, "Track a package?, Send a package?, Buy Supplies? or say agent". I would say agent, and never got one. Not knowing the hours cost me big time as I had another package to send at the post office which was miles closer. Had I known what time, I could go to both places, but Noooo. I went to the web and could NOT find their hours, but I did find this review page. They put a man on the moon, allow people to do everything with packages including get tracking over your cell phone. Heck, you can probably have the very fact that you sent a package announced over facetaaards and twitpeople. But the hours of operation on their web page or quickly listed at their phone number??? NOPE. That equals ONE star.
