Man, what an AWFUL experience. A woman that works in there, by the name of JESSICA, made me feel completely uncomfortable, and handeled my questions terribly unprofessionally. I was in the store, about an hour before, and was peacefully having a convneraation with another customer, that was unknown to me: I was explains to him, my personal feelings about how GameStop has handeled my questions, and returns in the past: She was standing there as well, Unknowing to me that she worked there ( she had no clothing or badge on to actually let me know she was an employee)Upon my return, about an hour later, she completely ignores me ( I even smiled as we made eye contact) and she says to me " oh look who's back, the RUDE customer that complained about our store" I explained to her that it wasn't this store, but I had felt been treated unfairly at a different location. JESSICA decides to not let it go. She walks through the store, LAUGHING at me, to her other co workers (I guess that I in fact, needed to purchase from them) and blatantly disrespects me. Again, I try to rub it off, by asking her questions about the merchandise. She decides to completely ignore me, until I continuously repeat my questions, and JESSICA has no other options but try and answer my questions. She dances around every answer, giving me one or two word responses for every one. JESSICA refused to get me a price check on any of the merchandise I have questions on.( mind you JESSICA is walking away as she's "answering" my questions. So, because I had an opinion on her company, that did not agree with hers, she decides it's appropriate to try and humiliate/belittle me, and laugh in myFace. On top of ignoring my questionsIn the end, this was the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. Not only from JESSICA, but also, the other two dirty, scrawny looking co workers. Someone needs to fire JESSICA. An email to corporate has already been sent, and I was told I would be receiving a phone call from them Monday morning. BOYCOTT THIS GAMESTOP. The service was HORRENDUS. And, GameStop, fire this bottom feeder by the name of JESSICA: no customer should feel the way I just did inside of that GameStop.

gamestop is good but i bought a xbox and it doesn't work

This store has alot of items in stock that I couldn't find elsewhere. Ive been in florida, west virginia, and even south dakota. This gamestop is by far the best and cleanest I've been to. Very friendly service, and quick to help. Alot of selection in the used games catagory. This will be the gamestop I come to. Prefered even over amazon. Obviously this store is managed well. Any problems you have they try thier best to help resolve. Even if it is out of their job range.

Very helpful on he phone and in person. A lot of places act like you are bothering them when you call them to check on something in stock but not these guys. The gentleman that helped me even gave me additional information that was helpful and wasn't even asked by me. 5 stars. 20 if I could.
Game Stop is a great place to get new and used video games for many game systems. Also purchase game systems and accessories. I stop in often to pick up gift cards. Knowledgable and friendly service.
