Was told it would take 1/2 hour or less to be seated, waited almost an hour standing most of it. Table wasn't clean when we were told it was ready. Never given silverwear, had to ask for it. It took the waitress 3 trips to our table within half an hour to deliver all six waters we requested, longer to get all the alcoholic beverages. Two male employees ran past our table grabbing at each other. As we waited for our food we watched the tables around us deal with long waits, getting as annoyed as we were. One table walked out. Our food took forever, it was fine, but not good enough to make up for the frustration we dealt with. When our checks were brought and were ready to be collected she glanced at us several times, but ignored us and cleaned the empty table next to us instead. I had to take her the checks and tell her that we needed to leave. It took us 2 1/2 hours to get in and out on a Monday night. I'd hate to see what it was like on a weekend.
