Trans World Corporation is a publicly traded small capitalization company, headquartered in New York City, that owns and operates casinos and hotels in the United States and Czech Republic. Established in 1993, after a reorganization in 2000, it has used its expertise in managing casinos and hotels, to focus on operations in the Czech Republic, and has moved on to implement various expansion plans, through acquisitions, joint ventures, and management contracts. It uses marketing, customer services, training and operational policies, combined with several design themes, including Chicago in the Roaring 1920s, and the Magic of Hollywood. Trans World Corporation plans to continue its focus on projects in Europe.
