I cannot recommend Thrive highly enough, I have been going there on and off for several years for a variety of problems (knee, back, shoulder) and have always been helped within just a few sessions. Treatments are a combination of hand-on manual treatment by therapist and supervised exercise with an exercise program to do at home, Most recently I went for leg and hip problem which Tamar traced to my foot, and since she has worked on this I no longer have pain and can resume my normal activities. I also appreciate the aesthetics- the cleanliness of the space, the privacy of the treatment rooms and spaciousness of the exercise area. Another plus is the friendliness of the office staff and everyone who works there.
