Kaitlin gained substantial litigation experience at a national labor and employment law firm, where she participated in, and conducted, numerous factual investigations, drafted litigation documents for state and federal court, and conducted extensive research to best serve the client. After gaining such experience, and becoming familiar with the needs of diverse clients, Kaitlin decided to follow her passion in creating her own firm to better assist those in need. As a solo practitioner, Kaitlin is able to provide her clients with individualized attention and allows her clients to contact her directly, around-the-clock.
