Hello, I took an component to Technetron Electronics Inc. to be repaired. It was returned to me slightly damaged. I didn't say anything because I really don't like to argue, and I figured it happens sometimes, and that was an expensive piece. The second piece I took to them to be repaired was a McIntosh. When they returned it to me, it had a scratch on it that was not there when I gave it to them. In fact, they tried to cover the scratch up thinking I wouldn't see it, but I did. This time I decided to bring it to there attention. I didn't expect there response was going to be what it was. They started saying that I was lying and "they have never damaged anyones equipment since they have been in business". I thought they were going to handle it in a business like fashion, but boy, was I wrong. These people are quite rude(with the exception of the woman that works their. She is very nice). But the male that works at the counter and the owner, need to practice good people skills. If you want your equipment to be returned to you in the same cosmetic condition as when you gave it to them, I would go somewhere else if I were you. I sure am.
