      STEPPING OUT STUDIOS is located on 26th Street between 6th Avenue and Broadway in a doorman building with two elevators. We offer a variety of renovated studios to rent for auditions, rehearsals and other events ( totaling 10, 000 square feet ). The men's and women's bathrooms each have showers and are handicap accessible.
