Joonbug ruined the halloween plans of me and all of my friends who bought their tickets in advance online. We arrived around 11 pm only to find out that joonbug way overbooked the event and was refusing to let anyone enter. Furthermore they have refused to issue any refunds after stating they would at the time of purchase!



THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM and run by immoral individuals! They made loads of money from this one event by denying refunds to hundreds of individuals. Unless you enjoy donating your cash to these types of people I would recommend you look elsewhere for NYC events...there are plenty of other options out there!
