Mix up with my bill - I was very impressed with the service I received from these guys when they fixed my washer until I went to pay the bill. I had been overcharged for the labor, and I had to take the matter up with the secretary. I received an apology for the mix up, so no real harm was done.

Expert in their field - I have used these guys to repair all sorts of appliances in my small motel. Never have they come across a make or model they could not fix or that they could not order the parts for. Great!

"Fixed my boiler the same day!" - When I turned on my boiler for the winter to heat my home, it was to my horror when I realized that something was amiss. The boiler was turning on, but the heat just was no getting through to my radiators. Looking at the dull sky outside and the rain lashing down I began to panic. I cursed myself for not having checked it some weeks before when it was still warm outside, and set about searching for a company that could make an emergency service call. I prepared myself for mad news, but to my surprise Redline Appliances was able to come to my home the same day. Peter located the faulty part on the boiler, and he returned the same evening to finish the job. Absolutely awesome service!

"Best Appliance Repair firm in NYC" - I wasnt having much luck with my dishwasher and I reckoned it was due a service. I had been recommended this firm by a friend who swears by them for all his appliance needs. Cracking! There are tons of appliance repair companies operating in New York. Being a landlord I have used a lot of them. I got tired of being strung around though. So many companies were difficult to work with so I hunted for a new one. I am glad I found Peter. He comes and fixes something for my tenants every couple of months and he always offers a brilliant price on the repair.
