I was delighted by my experience with your service and the people who provide it. Christopher, the agent who handled my passport, was professional, efficient, reassuring, and charming, as well. I spent no more than fifteen minutes with him, and in that short time he took care of everything, including the photos and all the forms. he also followed up with me to let me know when she had the new passport in hand and to give me the FedEx tracking number. Everything happened exactly as he promised. I could not be more pleased with your company and your staff, and I will recommend you to everyone who might benefit from your service. At the point of packing we realized that our daughter had misplaced her passport. She literally needed the passport in less than 24 hours. We chose Provisa because her connection was in NYC (JFK). We knew nothing about them except they were in NYC. Fedex missed their delivery promise of before 8 AM but michael worked with Fedex and kept calling until the paperwork was delivered safely at their office. He even offered to reroute his cab to the Fedex terminal to pick up the paperwork! This was the first time we ever used a 24 hour service and the whole process from michael instantly calling us back from the first contact call until her passport was securing in her hands was phenomenal. We were leary at first thinking this was a waste of money - but they definitely delivered on their promises. We also worried about the security and even the possibility of identity theft. I own a business and their customer service was unbelievable.

I am an international opera singer. Due to my busy schedule of performances around the world, it was crucial for me to get my lost passport replaced as quickly as possible, as I am leaving for my next show in a week. (The original passport, by the way, was sent for a work visa , and got lost by UPS!) Provisa passport was highly recommended to me by a good friend and within 3 quick days, I received my new passport! They paid all the attention to my specific needs, I was handled with care, and I am absolutely grateful to them!! BRAVO Provisa!!!

I discover my passport had expired 5 days before my trip, I started to look online for passport expediting services and rush passport had very high reviews, desperately i called them and they answered all my question with patient and professionalism, they told me exactly what to do and mailed me all of the forms/info that I needed. I walked into the office the next day in the morning very worried about getting my passport on time for my trip to Mexico, the process went extremely smooth and the staff was very courteous and helpful. RUSH handled not only my passport, but my anxiety very well, i got the passport exactly when they said i would, without having to wait on any lines..... I HIGHLY recommend Provisa. They are professional and quick to deliver!! It is good to have experienced such a professional company!

These guys are absolutely awesome. We found out we would need a visa to visit brazil on Sunday and we leave on Thursday. Monday morning I called every company I could find online, in a panic, and was repeatedly told that the FASTEST processing they could do was 15-20 business days. I had a few of them suggest that I go to the Brazilian consulate and beg them to expedite my application, but no guarantees. When I called Provisa the gentleman I spoke with told me I would have it in my hands in 48 hours. I was very worried that this might be a scam, and I called back a few times just to re-ask all the same questions, but I had no other options. Well I sent my application and passport out on Monday and I got my visa back today (Wednesday)! Yay!

I am writing this review as a very upset customer who got nothing, but lies and promises from this company. I was told that they would by able to have my Brazilian visa with in 5-7 days, but more than likely before. I was told not worry and relax that they would handle everything and I would be on my way to Brazil in no time. Meanwhile as I waited for my passport and visa to arrive or maybe a phone call of some sort to let me know as to the status of my visa, I got nothing I did all the follow up myself. Good luck getting them to answer the phone once they have your money. They have caller id there. I know this because I had my assistant call to ask if they were able to provide her a visa with in 3 days. She told them she would call them back. Then Michael calls back my office and asks if someone called and needs a visa. I got the phone at that point and wanted an explanation as to why he could get her 3 day visa, but he couldn't provide me mine with in the 5-7 days he promised. He bla
