Muscle imbalances such as the anterior pelvic tilt (deep gap in lower back with the belly sticking way out ) and hunched over shoulders with a protruding head that sticks out can be fixed with Posture Correction stretches and exercises. Common causes of these muscle imbalances are from being seated to long hunched over a computer while at work or home.
