I love the cleaning fluid they use. It smells so fresh! I purchased a spray bottle of it and they refill it every time they come, also for free. My carpet is almost 20 years old, and I credit Payless carpet cleaning for keeping it looking good for so long. I always request an experienced technician and never have any problems. I will continue to use Payless carpet cleaning as long as I live and they're still available. Wouldn't think of using another service.
